Wild South have two vineyards: Hell's Gate (Waihopai) on the banks of the Omaka and Hammond Estate (Wairau). These are supplemented with fruit from growers across the region, with all parcels contributing to the final Grand Vin.
Long and pure, with accurate fruit flavours balanced by glorious, snappy acidity. It's not entirely dry in analysis, but seems so on the palate. Very more-ish.
