At Padstow Wine Company we supply you, the customer, with wine and other alcoholic drinks. We aim, through our website to assist in that process by providing a secure means of browsing, selection and payment.
Privacy and Security
We want you to shop with us with total confidence. All personal information collected at the time of ordering makes the process easier and quicker when you order again. Our website fully encrypts all your personal information including credit / debit card number, name and address. None of this data is shared with third parties.

Prices and Descriptions
Prices, offers and details are as set out in our website and may be subject to change without notice. Although we make every effort to do so, we cannot guarantee vintages. We will contact you if a vintage that you have ordered has become unavailable. Where possible we aim to satisfy orders using more recent vintages and if we need to do this with your order we will do so in consultation with you. Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions and prices are correct. All items are subject to availability at the time of ordering.
Delivery and Stock
We aim to deliver orders within 24 hours and will arrange delivery with you at a mutually convenient time. If we are unable between us to arrange delivery, you may request a refund and we will process this for you within 7 days of that request.
While our website monitors stock levels in real time, mistakes can happen and we will inform you of any shortages as soon as we are aware. If you are not happy with our suggested replacements in this instance, we shall refund the missing items within 7 days.
Deliveries must be made to addresses as specified by you (or on rearrangement with us, alternative addresses), and must be received in person by you, or someone you appoint to receive them, over the age of 18.
We currently deliver to mainland Cornwall and much of West Devon. Our website processes your delivery postcode in real time to ensure we have the correct address for delivery.
Our secure checkout takes payment for your order in real time with the methods specified. We are able to take cash on delivery but not via our website. Please contact us to arrange this.
Should you wish to cancel an order before it is delivered, please inform us immediately by phone or email. We shall refund any payment for cancelled orders within 7 days.
You may also cancel an order within 7 days of receiving it. This is your cooling-off period. Please contact us by phone or email in this instance. We will collect the order by arrangement with you and refund your payment within 30 days. Please keep all the packaging and return the order in the condition it was delivered. We reserve the right to charge you for the costs of collection.
No orders are on a sale-or-return basis unless expressly agreed by us by email or by post. However, if after 7 days you wish to return remaining stocks you have of a product you don’t like, we shall do our best to work out a solution that works for us all.
Should you have a complaint, please contact us immediately. We aim to resolve complaints immediately, but in the event that this is not possible, we shall respond within 7 days. If you believe you have faulty goods, please contact us immediately.
