Big and bold - middle to heavy-weight - and simply delicious with food. This is made on a 70 hectare estate that was certified organic in 2009, a blend of Grenache and Syrah, so plenty of bold, chunky fruit and excellent, fresh structure.
This is truly lovely when opened now, but will also keep well for around 4 years if stored well.
